Indore division of BSNL unveils Wi-Fi module for cars.
The Indore division of BSNL introduced the BSNL Wi-Fi module
for cars recently. This kind of development is first of its kind. This module
will help people travelling in cars access internet without any hassle. This Wi-Fi
technology module price has been kept in the range of Rs.5000 – Rs.6000. The
Wi-Fi module was first incorporated in an official car of BSNL on an experiment
basis.
The car belonged to the General Manager, GC Pandey, of Indore unit. He
explained about this technology and let us know that this module will work
through an antenna that will be installed on every car’s roof. These BSNL Wi-Fi
3.5 Mbps speed will help subscribers to get internet access without any hassle
at every point. The exchange of data will take place through CDMA technology.
He also added that they are sure that the module will be widely accepted by
people across the nation once it gains popularity among masses.
