The last vehicle from Kia – Borrego met an unexpected
failure and has to be phased out of market. So it was expected that Kia was
soon bring in a new entry to revert the former disaster with a fresh start.
Therefore, now Kia is almost ready to bring-in a new face in market that will
help it in regaining the lost glory. As Kia claims that the 2014 Sorento is a
completely refreshed model that has been embellished with 80% new parts. Some
of the highlighting modifications in this SUV are revamped bumpers that are
devoid of black plastic this time, new LED lights, a new direct injection V6
power mill whose power measures roughly 294 PS and so forth.
The interiors too have been refined to take the comfort
level provided by the SUV to a new level. The dashboard has been restructured
and now presents more legible controls along with softer, friendly edges. The
duplicate wood trim has been continued in this model too but has been made
shinier. Regarding entertainment system, the SUV has been bestowed with a
connected infotainment system that plays internet radio and recognizes its
owner face through a bigger higher resolution camera. The rear seats are more
compassionate and can be adjusted in different ways to suit the needs of
accommodators. These seats have heater options and can be reclined and flatted

All these world class luxuries have been offered at classy
price of roughly $40,000. Although, the base model of the SUV bears a price tag
of $24, 100 which is in affordable limits of regular SUV cars in India seekers. The SUV has
been offered in both 2WD and 4WD. The smart V6 engine is enough capable of
providing power to rear wheels in rough terrains along an economic fuel
efficacy. Avoiding a few drawbacks, on an overall Sorento is a beautiful beast
to ride on.
